Are you and your family looking for a great time at the beach and enjoy a few (ok who’s counting) rounds of golf? This is the house for you. Tees & Seas is located across the street from the beach and just a few steps from the beach access and Surfside still allows beach tents. There are too many golf courses to count within an easy drive of the house. So enjoy a day at the beach or a round or 2 of golf and then enjoy the private full size pool in the back yard or the hot tub secluded in privacy. The house is located only one block from the Surfside Pier and local Surfside restaurants.

The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The cable TV also has some free movie channels for your enjoyment. And there is free high speed WiFi internet access in the home.

There are places in the dining area and at the kitchen bar for 12 guests to sit and enjoy a meal together if desired. The kitchen is nicely equipped for those who enjoy cooking, for those who don’t want to cook there are plenty of restaurants nearby offering every kind of cuisine you can imagine!

3 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom (except the first floor bedroom that has direct access to the bathroom but shares it with the rest of the floor) and the remaining 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The down stairs master bedroom has a king sized bed and a deck that overlooks the pool. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed and a large bathroom with an oversized shower along with a private deck that has great ocean views. One bedrooms has a queen sized bed, another has a full sized bed while the last bedroom, the “bunk” room has 2 bunk beds with singles up and full size below. All of the bedrooms all have their own flat screen TVs.

The owners take pride in the home and want you to enjoy it as much as they do.

Golf, shopping, water parks, miniature golf, shows and attractions are only minutes away. Downtown Myrtle Beach is only 10 minutes away. The marsh walk and restaurant row in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island are only a 15 minute drive or less & historic Charleston is a 90 minute drive south.

The house now has its own golf cart- yours to use for free during your stay! There are times that the golf cart might be unavailable due to servicing or if damaged by previous renters.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $175.00.

Rates do not include linens but these can be arranged if you do not want to bring your own (all bedrooms do have blankets and comforters). The house has its own washer and dryer. Concierge service is available . Do you want to rent bicycles, golf carts, beach chairs, umbrellas or any other item? We can arrange these items as well.

The house is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
