Looking to enjoy yourself at the beach and enjoy a few (ok who’s counting) rounds of golf? This is the house for you. Surf & Turf is one house in off Ocean Boulevard North and just a few steps from the beach access. There are too many golf courses to count within an easy drive of the house. So enjoy a day at the beach or a round or 2 of golf and then enjoy the hot tub or private full size pool in the back yard. The hot tub is located under the house and out of the elements to be enjoyed no matter what the weather might be. The house is an easy walk to the Surfside Pier and local Surfside restaurants.

The full size private pool is now heated March/April/May and September/October if desired for a small extra fee.

The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The cable TV also has some free movie channels for your enjoyment. And there is free high speed WIFI internet access in the home.

There are places in the dining area for all 14 guests to sit and enjoy a meal together if desired. The kitchen is nicely equipped for those who enjoy cooking, for those who don’t want to cook there are plenty of restaurants nearby offering every kind of cuisine you can imagine!

All 6 bedrooms have their own bathroom (except the first floor bedrooms that have direct access to the bathroom but shares it with the rest of the floor). The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom with an oversized tiled shower. All of the other bedrooms have queen sized beds. The bedrooms all have their own TVs. There are also a TV sitting area upstairs that has a flat screen TV and DVD player. This area has a sofa bed with a queen sized bed that makes it an ideal location for the kids to enjoy TV or movies without bothering the others in the home. The first floor bunk room is connected to the bathroom for the other first floor bedroom making this area a family “mini-suite” for those with small children.

The master bedroom has a private deck off the back of the house. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or some quiet time before bedtime.

The owners take pride in the home and want you to enjoy it as much as they do.

Golf, shopping, water parks, miniature golf, shows and attractions are only minutes away. The marsh walk and restaurant row in Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island are only a 15 minute drive or less & historic Charleston is a 90 minute drive south.

Rates do not include linens (all bedrooms do have blankets and comforters) but these can be arranged if you do not want to bring your own. The house has its own washer and dryer. Do you want to rent bicycles, golf carts, beach chairs, umbrellas or any other item? We can arrange these items as well.

The house is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
