Also note:
All renters must complete the owner's Booking Form, stating the names of all guests staying at the villa. Only those named will be allowed to stay.
Pool/spa heat -$30/day; spa only heat -$15/day. Any tampering w/equipment or controls results in loss of damage deposit.
Absolutely no pets or smoking in home or on premises because of severe family allergies. Excessively loud music or parties NOT allowed on premises. No fireworks are allowed at our villa or in the Windsor Hills Resort.

Our home has everything you will need to make your vacation one of a kind. Why pay more for a room and a bath when you can spread out, swim all night, have a game of pool and cook your own gourmet meals? Save money and give everyone their own space!!!

Taxes and fees are additional
A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will then serve as your security/damage deposit when rental payment is received in full. 50% of your total rental fees are due 90 days prior to your arrival date, with the balance due at 60 days.  Bookings made less than 60 days prior to your arrival date are due in full (plus the $300 damage deposit) at the time of booking.

Additional Rental Rate Information:
All rentals are subject to a 13.5% Osceola County and Florida state sales tax.  The villa may only be occupied by a maximum of 10 people plus an infant. Pool/spa heat is optional (recommended October through March) at $30 per day. Just spa heat is available at $15 per day. Cleaning fee of $135 is waived for stay of 7 days or longer. All bookings are subject to a $300 security deposit to cover damage or loss in excess of normal wear and tear. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure date providing no damage or loss was incurred during your stay.

Credit card or Paypal    (3% domestic, 4% international fees charged)
US Residents may also pay by bank check or money order; Zelle payment will also be accepted (no fees)

Check In / Check Out:
Check in time – After 4:00 p.m. on arrival date.     Check Out time – By 10:00 a.m. on departure date.  Early arrival or late checkout may be available for an additional charge. Please verify availability with the owner in advance.
