We have fully air conditioned vacation villas and many have games rooms, all have their own private pools and some have spas/hot tubs with the majority located on gated developments. Why pay more to stay in a hotel or on a resort? They are often very crowded and can be noisy, you have to share the pool with complete strangers and you can often hear through the paper-thin walls - you have no privacy!
