Nocchi is situated in a small hamlet in a very picturesque hillside setting near the village of Camaiore, only a few km from the wide sandy beaches and the many facilities of the Versilia coast. The architect-designed restoration sympathetically blends the character of the old farmhouse with contemporary style. The house is on three floors, each connected by a spiral staircase. A striking feature of the property is the split-level swimming pool which consists of two pools connected by a small waterfall, beautifully integrated into the sloping olive groves. The lovely south-facing patio and loggia are ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining. The beaches of Versilia are only 10 kms away. The house has been featured in the style supplement of the Sunday Times.
