The Alecassandra Vacation Villas is a small 4 bedroom vacation property that is family owned by Nick and Vicki Zec and named after our children Alec & Cassandra. When renting entire property, there is sleeping for 12 guests using beds and sleeper sofas.

We are an ideal location for family Summer vacations, family Spring Break vacations, warm weather Holiday vacations, Winter snowbirds or even weekend getaways in the off season. We have the capacity to sleep up to 12 guests in our condo style home.

Please know our pricing here on this site is for sleeping 6 guests at Alecassandra Vacation Villas in only 1 Villa, either Villa #4 or Villa #5.

Our villas are all fully furnished with lots of privacy, including private parking, private pool when you book both villas. We have everything you will need, including free wireless internet, and a free heated swimming pool.

On site we have a swimming pool for your family's added relaxation and recreation. An assortment of games, books and movies is available for those sunburn days!

We are centrally located in the middle of the beautiful 7.5 mile long island of Anna Maria, on Bradenton Beach, just 500 steps across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico Beach. Our villas are reasonably priced and we are considered one of the best values on the island.

Activities near our villas are abundant. There is a Bay Side park for children within 1 block of our villas providing a children's playground, large grassy area for family sports and covered picnic area with grills. Of course the beautiful turquoise blue Gulf Of Mexico beach is about 500 steps across the street from our villas. Jet Ski, Para-Sailing, Boat Rentals, Kayaking, Canoeing and many other activities are all around us are with in 1-5 minutes. Restaurants are abundant. The Free Trolley runs up and down the island from early morning to late evenings 7 days a week with both North and South bound stops near our villas.
