Welcome to the PARADISE!

Beachfront penthouse unit 2 B/R-2 B/R located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in . This area is know for the beautiful sugar white sandy beach, I mean sand that squeaks when you walk on it and almost blinds you on a sunny day, not to mention the Emerald Coast. Our condo is in a quaint complex with 3 pools, 2 directly on the beach and 1 across the street on the riverside.

Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, 18 inch porcelain tile floors throughout, crown molding in the living area with wall to wall mirrors that really open the living area up so you can view the beautiful beach and gulf no matter what part of the room you are in. new appliances, full size washer and dryer, whirlpool tub in master bath, wireless high speed internet, 3 TV’s 2 DVD’s and 1 VCR in the unit. Teak bar height table and chairs on balcony to enjoy the spectacular views day or night, King in master bedroom, convertible twin beds to a king bed in second bedroom, Queen and Full sleeper sofa.

Private beach, outdoor shower, whirlpool tub, exercise room, and across the street on the Riverside is a 400 foot lighted pier with private launch, boat slips, boat yard, and pool and lighted tennis courts. You may also fish and crab from the pier, watch the sunset, or simply watch the boats go by. Convenient to all local activities, golf, restaurants, shopping, fishing, museums …… What are you waiting for, give us a call and plan your fabulous beach vacation!!
