It can accommodate up to 8 people with a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen in bedroom two, a sofa sleeper in the living room and another one in the den. Granite countertops adorn both the kitchen and the 2 full bathrooms. Carpet is in the living room and bedrooms. The unit boasts a 75″ smart TV in the living room, 5.1 surround sound and high speed internet (100 mb). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. Free Seasonal Beach Service is included with this unit. From its balcony, Unit 404E overlooks the pool, the white sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Amenities Galore are offered to all guests staying at the Indigo property in Perdido Key. The 6,000 sq ft pool is surrounded by palm trees and includes a gazebo for those guests who would like to relax in the shade for a bit. Children will enjoy playing with the fountains in the zero entry pool area and a 13-person hot tub awaits you for those days when you want to unwind. An additional circular pool is heated in the winter months.

Gather with your friends in the common area and grill your favorites on the community charcoal grill or big green egg.

Start your days in the Fitness Center which is equipped with top-of-the-line Precor cardio equipment, a four-station TuffStuff weight machine, free weights and weight benches. Also available are 2 tennis courts. You also have use of the sauna and steam rooms in the west tower.

A social room with a fully equipped kitchen and table, chairs and a bar is available for your larger gatherings. You can also reserve the 12 seat theater for your group to watch a movie of your choice.

Indigo has a 7 night minimum rental and does not allow non-owner pets on property. Indigo is a no-smoking property, except in the designated smoking areas. Smoking is not allowed in any other areas of the property, including the beach, grassy areas, pools, balconies, indoor areas, parking lots, etc.
