Stunning Home with beautiful views, plenty of natural light. Great for families.

This is a spacious new home with a large master bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms 2 and half baths with an open plan living area. It's not your typical home, it has 2 modern kitchens, with double convection ovens, and a stove in each kitchen with 5 burners each. There is a large full light office/study. It boasts an enormous bonus front room over the garage that has multi purpose uses, it can be used as a bedroom, entertainment room or gym. Both the living room and the master bedroom opens to a private screened in deck. It's location is perfect with all the convenient amenities of being in a university town like fine dining restaurants, grocery stores, hair and nail salons, walk in clinic, drug stores, gas station...

It's about a mile from the Imagination Station which is designed to keep children of different ages meaningfully occupied for hours. In the same location is The Green way for walking, running and biking enthusiast. Less that 3 miles is the Biology trail, offering well guided hiking, jogging and biking routes for the not so feint of heart. It's in a quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood.

Easy access to the interstate. It is 10 minutes away from Hamilton Mall and I-75. Close to lots of restaurants like PF Chang, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Macaroni Grill to mention a few. Very close to the Chattanooga Airport, the Harrison Bay.

About Molly I enjoy cooking and entertaining guests. Therefore when I was introduced to the concept of short-term vacation rental, it seemed to be a fit for my talents, skills, and abilities. I love people and enjoy taking care of them and meeting their needs. Molly purchased this House in 2012 Why Molly chose Collegedale This property is in a great location -- close to a university town, Volkswagen and Amazon Plants, Hamilton Place Mall, I-75 and I-24 and downtown Chattanooga with all of its river city tourist attractions -- Ruby Falls, Incline Railway, Rock City, I-Max, TN Aquarium, Children Discovery Museum, TN River Gorge, regularly held sports events, and host of other activities. What makes this House unique This home is +3000 sq. feet. Flooring is mostly hardwood, covered with Indonesian Kampas wood. The open floor plan is inviting and great for entertaining. The master bedroom is on the main and open into the deck as does the living. Because the entire living area is elevated, the deck becomes a great place to have an evening meal outdoors while enjoying the beautiful sunset.
