The Space:
Tucked away on 11 quiet acres in Goodlettsville, our two bedroom, two bath villa offers a peaceful country feel while keeping you close to Nashville’s energy.
Special to this home: The home is believed to include the childhood house of Brenda Lee, the legendary voice of “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree”, which was relocated here sometime between 1980 and 1989. Inside, you will find small tributes to her life, career and details that make the space feel truly special. Please note- Brenda Lee did not live at this specific address but in the original home structure moved here decades ago.

Throughout the villa, you’ll discover subtle tributes to Brenda Lee’s legacy, including framed memorabilia, and curated stories available for your stay.

Everything inside the villa is yours alone, including two bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, and all living areas. Outside, you’ll have a private hot tub, sunroom, deck, firepit, front yard, and swing/play area. There are wooded trails and a creek path that guests often enjoy for morning walks or evening strolls. Off street parking is available along our quarter mile driveway.

The pool (open April–September) and the game room—with arcade games, air hockey, and a pool table—are shared with us and our guests. We schedule pool use so that each group has private
time. Occasionally, we or our guests may access the two additional bedrooms that connect off the game room. These rooms are the same ones you can add to expand your stay into the four bedroom layout. It’s rare that we use them, but if we do, you may see us walking through the game room to get to them. For your peace of mind, there is a door you can lock to keep your villa fully private from the adjoining area.

The villa has two king bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, providing comfortable space for up to six guests, with a maximum occupancy of eight. The dining table seats six and the living room has soft seating for five.

If you need more space, we can open those two additional bedrooms- one with a king bed and one with a queen- plus another full bath. This turns the villa into a four bedroom setup for larger groups, with an additional fee.

The villa is fully equipped with a kitchen that has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig. A washer and dryer are also provided; they show a little cosmetic rust but work just fine. We include linens, towels, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Wi Fi is strong enough for remote work, and there’s a desk area if you need it.

Through our on site guest shop, you can pick up extras like firewood, s’mores kits, or even rent Nerf blasters for family fun and groups. We also offer optional concierge services for guests who want something a little more personal during their stay..

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy private keypad entry to their villa. Some shared amenities (pool, game room) are scheduled for privacy. We’ll send arrival details before check-in. Come and go as you please!

The Neighborhood:
Our villa is in the historic Magnolia Station neighborhood, just 2 miles from I 65 and about 10 minutes from Rivergate Mall’s restaurants. Downtown Nashville is a 20 to 30 minutes’ drive where you can explore live music venues, great dining and vibrant nightlife. The antique shopping district of Goodlettsville is only 4 miles away from this place.

Even though the city is closer, the property feels like and is a peaceful country escape. A quarter mile gravel driveway winds back to open fields where deer, turkeys and even grazing cattle are common sights. With no nearby neighbors, guests like how quiet and private it feels compared to typical city rentals- without worrying about noise complaints or close by houses

Getting Around:
Uber serves our property directly. Typical rides to downtown Nashville range $23–$43. Many guests arrive and discover how relaxing our property is — wishing they’d planned extra days just to unwind here.

Other Things to Note:
• The villa is great for families of all ages.
• Please avoid smoking or vaping indoors. There’s an outdoor spot for smokers, and violations carry at least a $150 fee.
• Guests living within 50 miles must book a minimum of two nights. We also ask for a short questionnaire and a refundable $250 deposit.
• Groups larger than six pay $25 per additional guest each night. Longer stays get discounts- 10% off for a week or more and 25% off for a month or more.
• Parties or events are welcome with prior approval. Large gatherings may require booking the full four-bedroom setup.
• Before check in, we’ll need a signed rental agreement plus a valid email and billing address.
• Apple Maps and Siri sometimes give wrong directions—Google Maps is the safest bet.
• For safety, we have Ring doorbells and exterior security cameras at entrances.
• Pets are welcome with a refundable $100 deposit if they’re house trained, bathed weekly, crated when left alone, and kept off the furniture.
• You can check yourself in anytime with a keypad code. We’re also happy to greet you in person between 9?a.m. and 8?p.m.
