Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishwasher should be emptied prior to leaving. Trash should also be put in bin across the alleyway upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters must supply their own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. There is a washer/dryer to clean clothes and linens
Renters bringing unauthorized (not approved by the owner) pet into the unit will lose their security deposit.

Our children and grand children have grown up at the beach and on the ocean and are now spending time raising their families in other states, but we still love Ocean CityWhat makes this property uniqueThe building has 30 units and you can walk to the 2nd floor or take the elevator. We have had renters from Conn, Dela , Fla, Ind, Illinois, Mass, Mizzouri, Md, NC, NY, WV, Oh, Pa. RI, Va and Toronto, Canada that come and enjoy the privacy of a small building right on the beach with assigned parking. There are many owners that do not rent, but have enjoyed a long friendship with owners and our renters.Easy access to every thing in Ocean City walking, by bus, by bike or car
