Modern 7-bedroom, 6.5-bath home in East Quogue available for 2026! The idyllic setting of this spectacular, stately home in the picturesque village of East Quogue makes it perfect for weddings, family reunions, corporate events, or just a tranquil retreat far from the crowds. The property is situated on one beautiful acre, ideal for afternoon strolls, and offers easy access to all the amenities of the Hamptons, including beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and nightlife. At the end of the day, a warm pool and sauna await in the sprawling yard. Ideally located just a short drive from the charming main street of the village and several beaches. Seven bedrooms — five of which are furnished in chic style with their own baths. An hour and a half drive from Manhattan. Five minutes to the train station. Additional features: (1) 8 adult bikes in the garage (5 female, 3 male), (2) Poker table with Vegas-style chips, (3) Foosball, (4) Two outdoor heated spas/hot tubs (May 1 – Oct 10), (5) One outdoor heated spa/hot tub in winter (Oct – April), (6) Heated in-ground pool (heat costs extra in May, June, and September; inquire about details), (7) Three-car garage, (8) Fully stocked kitchen (we will accommodate any special requests; please ask in advance), (9) Four-zone central air, (10) Five-zone heat, (11) Two refrigerators, (12) Two Weber BBQs on deck (natural gas and propane). Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The Hamptons Beaches and Hallock State Park Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty, and area attractions include All Star Bowling and Safari Adventure. Out East Family Fun and Splish Splash Water Park are also worth visiting. With motor boating, sailing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water. Why they chose this property: For summer getaways in the Hamptons, one of the most important things any property manager must address is constant attention to the cleanliness of the pool, the house, and the sheets, linens, and comforters. We are adding all brand new linens and comforters this year before Memorial Day Weekend, and laundry is done before you arrive and after you leave. What makes this property unique: Children and babies accompanied by parents or legal guardians are welcome, and small pets are allowed.
