Amazing home on the best section on the north east shore of the 10 mile long Greenwood Lake. This home is a perfect place to entertain your family and friends, or just to get away for a weekend of relaxation, sports or thrills. You will not just be renting a home, but renting a year round turnkey lifestyle. Towels, Dishes, Silverware, Serving Items, Cookware, Crockpot, Cuisinart are just a few of the items that are supplied.

Please note: Not recommended for those with mobility issues. The house sits on a hill and there are stairs leading from the driveway to the front door. Also we only sleep max 8 adults and 2 children. No one not on the reservation is allowed without prior approval.

From Penn Station you can take a 1 hour express train to Tuxedo Station. From there it is only a 10 minute drive to the house. You can also take a taxi or ride NJ Transit within walking distance.

The house boasts 2 lake view master bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 rooms with bunk beds on the top level. On the main level there is a large guest bedroom with 2 queen beds. Full eat in kitchen, double oven, dishwasher, gas range, and large pantry. Living room has a 60" TV and over sized sofa. Large solarium with sitting area and 10 person formal dining room. Amazing GAME ROOM with PINBALL machines, arcade games, POOL TABLE, 3 flat screen TV's, 3 x-box 360s, ps3, wii, and DirecTV. The game room features a PROFESSIONAL BAR, commercial ice maker, wine fridge, 2 tap kegerator and more. House has 5 zone central heat and A/C. There is a commercial grade NUVO sound system throughout the house where you can access Pandora and a large hard drive of music from digital touch pads. (5 zones in the house).

Lake front property features 3 tiers. On the top tier there is a year round 6 person hot tub, Hammock and large Weber gas grill. Middle tier boasts a massive deck, fire pit, large dining set and Weber smoker. Lower level is the lake front level with private beach and 50' dock.

As an added bonus, you will also have access to our private 15 ACRES of forested land nestled against Sterling Forest and the Appalachian Trail across the street. Secluded hunting area walking distance (proper licenses required), ATV riding, camping, or your own endless private hiking trail.

I am missing several shots of the large main floor bedroom, bathrooms and the other lake view bedroom. The bedrooms are on the smaller side (with the exception of the lower level bedroom), as the house is designed for activity and entertaining.

2. Use of the lake, swimming, floating, playing, walking in is at your own risk.
3. Warning, bunk beds have ladders, use of which is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm due to injuries as a result of the bunk beds.
4. We do not provide any vehicle access (boat/jetski/ATV/etc) though local businesses may rent some of these to you.
