Ideally located with excellent access to both Toll Roads 45 and 130, this home is well-equipped with top line Appliances in the new Black Stainless motif. Samsung 25' Side-by Side Fridge, Samsung W/D, LG Range and OTR MW, and Quiet Kitchen Aid DW all in Black Stainless! Keurig Coffee Maker, plus toaster and blender and everything you need is provided, including H-P printer and paper! ALL BEDS are Memory Foam Mattresses for the Best Sleep EVER! Add-in Whole House WiFi, DirecTV, ALL Utilities and lawn service and you have NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT! Small to Medium Dogs OK (there is a medium doggie door). Note: Home is Handicapped-equipped with wheelchair ramps and wide hallways on tile and Pergo Laminate.

Optional Asian area rugs can be removed for better wheelchair use. Executive-Furnished, ALL BILLS PAID by Owner! One (1) Month Lease is requested, but after first month you can break the lease with 30 Days "Notice to Vacate" (including middle of month!) and be prorated to the nightly rate!
