Kitchen has modern Appliances (New Refrigerator, New Oven and Hood and BOSCH Stainless Steel Dishwasher) and new small appliances : microwave, coffeemaker, and blender, and toaster, the kitchen cabinets are old and moderate and very serviceable with new modern appliances. Washer/Dryer is under a SERVICE CONTRACT, as well as the other appliances.
