This beautiful condo is our dream come true. We renovated this place with lots of attention to details and lots of ideas how to make our guests to feel like home. It features direct Ocean and Beach Views as soon as you walk in.

Fresh upgrades January 2021. New split AC system installed, blackout curtains in the bedroom and Recess lighting in the living room. Plus we added smart TV and refreshed all condo throughout including new bathroom vanity.
Come enjoy Hawaii at its best while staying with us at the iconic ilikai building in Waikiki. For either a short vacation, or a long-term get-away this beautiful and newly renovated one-bedroom luxury suite has all the amenities you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.
This suite offers stunning ocean and lagoon views from every room. Wake up and have a coffee watching blue ocean and elegant palm trees, surfers catching the waves or have a drink in the evening and relax while watch sun to go down on your spacious lanai. This 500 sq feet suite (plus 120 sq ft. Lanai) is situated on a cool and quite side of the building with a afternoon sun that allows you to enjoy nice ocean breeze in the living area with open sliding glass doors all day.
This beautiful condo is completely renovated, fresh, clean and airy and comfortably sleeps 5 people. The bedroom can be separated from living room by a sliding door and it features a king-size bed, two bali style nightstands and a ceiling fan.
Luxury vinyl floors throughout the bedroom and living room with a beautiful carpet and stylish coffee table creates an ambient and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful and easy to use queen size sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps two people. There is an additional modern lounge chair that easily converts into a comfortable single bed or it is perfect chair to watch the TV.
Kitchen features beautiful luxury vinyl floors floors, quartz waterfall design counter-tops, stylish faucet, recessed lighting and complete sets of cookware. The open kitchen comfortable seats 4 people for a nice family breakfast or a romantic dinner. Two modern dimmable pendant lights above the kitchen bar highlight the contemporary style décor of this suite. If your vacation keeps you out of the kitchen, take a short trip downstairs for the ilikai Cinnamon Bar and grill that offers a full menu, great food and great prices…..Or catch an elevator to top floor Sorento’s restaurant for a nice dinner and stunning sunset and Waikiki views.

The Ilikai is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants and shops with the Hilton Hawaiian village next door. The Pacific ocean, white sand beach or kids-friendly lagoon is just few steps away. Otherwise you can enjoy ilikai pool that stays open from 7:00 am until 7:30pm.

The Ilikai is located between the 5 star Hilton Hawaiian Village and the wonderful Ala Moana Beach Park. There are dozens of restaurants, shops and attractions within easy walking distance, including the Hilton Village. Convention Centre is within 5 minutes of walking distance.
The Ala Moana shopping center and Lewers Street, Waikiki is a short walk away. Superb location for the tourist without the car.

Ilikai Building is in a prime location next to Hawaiian Hilton Village and few minutes’ walk to Ala Moana shopping center, Waikiki strip and many restaurant, beaches and attractions. Many of our guests choose not to get a car since everything is located just few steps away and Uber and taxi services are available 24 hours. There is a bus stop as well as Biki (new bike sharing services throughout Honolulu) station just outside of Ilikai Building.
If you decide to make a trip around the Island there are many rental car agencies located in Waikiki and Advantage Car Rental Company is located at the lobby of Ilikai.
If you choose to rent your own car there are few parking options:
1. Public paid parking on the ocean side of the building (currently $1/hour)
2. Valet parking is $28/day with in and out privileges
3. Self-parking at Ilikai Marina Building next door is $20/day with in and out privileges

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit.

AC
We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC.

Internet
The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back.

Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer
Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators.

Check Out Instructions
Check out is at 10:00am unless is requested and approved day prior your departure by Dainora and Remy.

Please refer to check out procedures and rules that are located on the entry door.
