Oceanfront Cottage with Private Beach and Sunset Views on Balara Bay

Extensively remodeled and refurnished in the summer and fall of 2019! Blue Dream House sits directly on Balara Bay and features sweeping views of the Caribbean from most rooms. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets over the sea. This property has great fishing, snorkeling, and boating right off the back yard.

Enter Blue Dream into the vast great room with spectacular views of the Caribbean from the wall of windows and glass doors.

The large dining area faces a wall of glass doors overlooking the Caribbean. The dining table seats 8 to 10.

The large open-plan island kitchen has lovely ocean views. It features a gas range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

The enormous living area features sofas and chairs in a large alcove with glass on 3 sides and stunning ocean views. This area has a flat screen TV. Behind this alcove is a large entertainment area with a desk, a table for games (board games and puzzles are provided), a music area with a Blue Tooth compatible sound system, a collection of movies, and the centerpiece, an 8-foot slate pool table.

The great room has a full bathroom off of it with a walk-in shower.

From the great room, you pass into the children’s bedroom which has an ocean view. It is furnished with a bunk bed.

Beside this room, accessible by walking through the bunk room or by walking on the covered deck just outside, is a lovely corner bedroom with a queen bed.

Step outside onto the covered deck to access the third and fourth bedrooms.

Bedroom number three is the master suite with a beautiful ocean view, king bed, and an en-suite bath with a shower-tub combination. It has a large wall-mounted flat screen TV.

In addition, the house has a crow's nest loft with 360 degree views, including dazzling ocean views. It is furnished with a queen bed and features a flat screen TV. It has access to the master bedroom’s bathroom via a separate entrance.

Outside the great room is a lovely covered veranda, facing west to catch the sunset views over the Caribbean. It includes a dining set and a sitting area.

Blue Dream’s backyard offers a lovely waterfront area with a small private beach and a gazebo. This area is great for swimming and wading with very calm water and a lovely sandy bottom. There is excellent bonefishing here, right in your back yard. There excellent snorkeling around a small cay offshore, which has both reefs and small cliffs.

Amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, washer/dryer, WIFI, satellite TV, TVs in the living area and three bedrooms, ceiling fans, pool table, and snorkeling gear.
