Cotton & Coconuts is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home located on Lookout Road in Rainbow Bay. The view looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. The house is a 2-minute walk to Come N Go Beach. Steps leading up to a screened lanai invite you to the front entrance.

Entering the home, the focal point is the spiral staircase to the cupola, which has spectacular views of the North Atlantic. This luxurious home has tile throughout and mini-split a/c units in the main area and in every bedroom.

Bedrooms include the master with a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress, with a full en suite bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with queen pillow top mattresses and share a full bath. Decorated with Island flair, this beautiful home is furnished with all the conveniences. The living area has queen size sofa bed with a 4" memory foam topper, flat-screen TV with satellite connection, and wireless internet.

The modern chef's kitchen has a granite island with 4 swivel bar chairs. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen include a French door refrigerator with water/ice maker on front, a ceramic stove top/oven with hood microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area features a 60' glass table with 4 comfortable chairs. Another high top dining table with 4 chairs is located on the screened lanai.

There is an Island shower with hot and cold outside on the ground floor for your convenience. Please rinse off here before going inside.

Located on the first floor is the laundry room, where the 1/2 bath is located, as well as stacked Maytag washer and dryer with utility sink.

Our water is collected and purified through an advanced closed cistern filtration/uv light system. Each faucet throughout the house is connected to this system. If water levels are ever low (never have been) in the cistern, we are connected to the Queens Hwy water, which also will flow through our specialized filtered system. This is a paramount solution to having fresh safe water on an island.

Within walking distance is Come N Go Beach, you can easily carry what you need for the day. On more adventurous days, when heading out, there are several beaches in the neighborhood of Rainbow Bay: Hidden Beach, Smugglers Beach, Twin Beach and Rainbow Bay Beach just to mention a few.

We have full access to Rainbow Bay's oceanfront tennis court. Beside it is the Rainbow Inn, with fine dining, a full bar, and live entertainment.
