This house is a 4 bedroom with all king beds. In three of the bedroom we can put in two twins. We also have an office/den. And a sofa bed in the living area.

Enjoy this old Hollywood Estate on top of Muholland dr. This tour de force 2-story estate sits 1300 ft above sea level on its own hilltop. It boasts 4 beds, 2.5 baths & vast outdoor entertaining space. Main living area features an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen w/dark wood cabinets, center island, stainless steel appliances & wet bar that opens up to foyer & formal LR w/stone fireplace. Formal DR has French doors that open up to panoramic views of the twinkling city lights & sparkling infinity pool. Expansive master suite with views of the Valley, the City, Catalina Island and the Pacific ocean. Large walk-in closet, French doors leading to balcony & indulgent bathroom. Add'l bedrooms open up to balconies & views. Outdoor entertaining areas include rooftop deck w/spa & 300 degree view, front, back & side balconies, full outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining veranda & winding stairs leading to private garden & hiking trails, waterfall with pond. Separate 3-car & 1-car garages, music studio, & add'l covered parking for 6 cars.
