This incredible view is backed up with newly remodeled two bedroom two bath unit that is guaranteed to please. Just take the elevator down to the 1st floor and you are actually steps away from the ocean. But wait, that's not all! This luxury Condotel features a beautifully landscaped courtyard to include a huge heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Included in THE FLAMINGO unit is 2 king size beds and a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep six. The master bedroom features floor to ceiling windows and a wall that moves away during the day to open up the living area to all those great window views. The master bathroom boasts a huge walk in shower with the strongest water pressure that you can imagine and now with almost endless hot water. You will enjoy modern appliances and a well equipped kitchen in our comfortable vacation home on the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a great jetty system for Packery Channel just a short walk away. You can also drive and park your car on the beach, however, there is no camping in our beach area. The city of Corpus Christi manicures and maintains this beach year round. Even camp fires are encouraged right on the beach. Don't forget the marsh-mellows. We know that this will be a vacation that creates memories to relive over and over forever.
