It is a 5 minute walk down the Access Road 3A to the clean endless beach and the beautiful Gulf. There are 3 gorgeous heated resort style pools with fountain arch, night lights, plenty of shade, lounge chairs and grills, playground and splash area for kids. This new complex just minutes away from the new Schlitterbahn water park and golf course.

Our ground floor townhouse with extra high ceilings and 2 parking spots right outside of the front door is a great family vacation spot. High speed internet access will keep you connected during your stay. There is a patio with outside furniture. Inside the unit you will find: 2 smart TVs (43" and 32") with Netflix, full size washer and dryer, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top stove, granite counter top and cabinets loaded with dishes, pots and pans, coffee makers, crock-pot, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. The bedroom has a king-size bed. Twin over twin bunk beds in the hall for kids. There is a queen-size sleeping sofa in living room. WiFi.

For folks from Northern states and Canada it's a great place to escape winter.
