Charming holiday house in french style - Provence. Situated only 1 km from down town Sainte Maxime in the 'mountain'. So you have the view more places - mountain and sea view.

The house has 4 bedrooms (8 -10 sleep places), a living room, kitchen and 3 terraces. There is table tennis, barbecue, ovn pool and parking on the ground.

The house is perfect for one or two families together - or 3 pair without children.

Where you'll be

Boulevard des Chênes , Sainte-Maxime, France

The House is situated up hill with view over both the mountain and the sea. It is possible and easy to walk down and up to the town - center of Sainte Maxime - Which is a very nice town. There is a lot of bars and restaurants, markets and supermarkets. Every friday is market day and every Wednesday there is market of old things by the sea. There is a nice beach down town. If you move 5 km each way out of town there is other beaches - all charming, different and nice. There is also a fish market in Sainte Maxime as well as all kind og restaurants, cafes and bars. Everyday there is ferries from Sainte Maxime to St Tropez and return - so it is easy to go there as a day tour. The atmosphere in St Tropez is very special and a nice break from the relaxed atmosphere in Sainte Maxime. Market in St Tropez is every thursday and friday, at the market place. Down Town Sainte Maxime it is possible to rent bicycles - and there is biking road all way to St. Tropez (14 km) - also nice for running. Aqualand is situated 5 min drive from our house - and de you have kids with you - it is a super break from the pool and beach. But I can recommend you to take with you your own drink & sandwiches - the food there is not so interesting - but possible to buy if you don't want make you own. 1,5 hour drive there is river rafting, climbing etc. (little Grand Canyon). All around when you drive there is wine-places and good possibility to buy nice local wines. In Sainte Maxime and to both sides 5 km out of town there is a lot of beaches. Alle in different styles, sun beds and restaurants. For snorkeling I recommend to go left out of town - the wather is very clear and nice there. We always stay at: WYC Plage - which is good food, nice personal and perfect beach. Must try.
