Beautiful Villa With Private Pool Set In Mature Gardens

Notes on accommodation:
From 2018, we have 2 exciting ways to rent the villa.
For parties up to 6 persons : Access to all common areas, and the two bedrooms on first floor. Rental price on application
For parties of up to 15 persons : Access to whole villa, price as advertised

The villa is extremely comfortable with lots of space to relax. The sitting room has 2 distinct areas; and in the cooler months there is nothing lovelier than being curled up on the sofa, the fire roaring, whilst reading or chatting and listening to music. In the summer it is wonderful to sit with the french doors wide open enjoying the garden.The vast veranda at the back is a great place to eat and relax. The bedrooms are spacious, light and airy; during the summer they are cool and in the winter, cosy. We have a large library of books and films, board games or cards for guests to make use of whilst staying at the villa. In the children's bunk room there is another TV which has an integral DVD and Video player, this TV can be sited in any other of the bedrooms.

Outside:
The villa is built on a slight incline, which means that the beautiful mature gardens are on several levels. This gives privacy from our neighbours, and also allows guests to find a private spot if they chose. The pool area has a large paved surround, which means plenty of room for everybody's sun bed and also for children to play. The veranda overlooking the pool has 2x2 seater sofas and 4 matching armchairs surrounding a glass topped table with a large parasol providing shade. There is also a glass topped dining table providing seating for a further 8 people. The covered barbecue area leads from the dining room and has a table and chairs for 2. There is also another garden table and chairs for 8 which you can set up in your favourite spot. The drive way is tarmac and has parking for 4 cars.

Utility Room:
Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, brushes, mops and buckets and a clothes dryer in the garden.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
You may provide your own linen, or we can provide linen and towels at a cost of €20 per bed used. You may have a mid stay clean, which will be to all the common areas, not the bedrooms, at a cost of €60, this will need to be arranged and paid for at the time of your booking. Arrangements with regard to the linen and towels will also need to be made at the time of your booking. The villa will be cleaned after your stay for the next people, but if the villa has been left dirty and messy, then you will be charged €100 for the extra cleaning, this will be deducted from your security deposit.
