This location offers all the comforts of home in a city environment. The area is residential and quiet The area is surrounded by lakes just a short walk to the lake a couple of blocks away brings so much serenity, you can see ducks and squirrels, it is lovely. Closeness to 75, and Turnpike allows you to explore beautiful neighboring attractions. The Pembroke Lakes Mall is excellent and for major-league shoppers the Sawgrass Mall is only half an hour drive.

The house has been carefully decorated and equipped to provide all the comforts of home.

The community pool is only 2 blocks from the house.
