Our recently purchased villa is located at the Solana resort - an exclusive and gated community of vacation rental homes that features a large clubhouse with all the facilities that you would expect from a top rated vacation resort.

It is only 15 minutes from Disney and close to all the other theme Parks - Universal, SeaWorld, and Wet 'n Wild. Situated just off one of the areas fastest developing roads (Hwy 27, between the 192 and I-4) getting to anywhere in the Central Florida area is a breeze. Scenic golf courses, luxurious beaches, the famed Kennedy Space Center – you name it – can all be conveniently reached from the villa.
