The development in which "'Alegria'" is located was built by a contractor who is a good friend of the owners, and a volunteer at the Casa de Dom Inacio. Much love and dedication went into the design of the Alegria apartment: it maximizes the stunning views into the beautiful green hills and valleys surrounding Abadiania, and into the dark blue sky with its typical, incredible cloud formations.

Watching a rainstorm come and go from the open yet sheltered view terrace of Alegria is an experience you will not want to miss.

At night, unusual choices of artistic lighting inside and out add to your enjoyment.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Although our regular check-in and check-out times are 4PM and 10AM, respectively, we will accommodate to your flight schedule to the extent conflicting bookings and the housekeeping schedule permits.

Other things to note
The property is about 200 yards from the entrance to the Casa de Dom Inacio. The apartment is accessible via a driveway with a downgrade of about 6 yards from street level. Although the apartment is fully wheelchair accessible, this relatively steep driveway is impractical for a not motorized wheelchair.
