Thinking about taking a vacation to sunny Florida.? Why not stay at our wonderful 1950 sq. ft spacious 3 bedrooms
2 bathroom Villa. Master bedroom have a King sized bed TV, Jacuzzi separate stand -up shower, his /her sink. Second bedroom have 1 Queen sized bed and 1 twin sized bed , TV. Third bedroom have two full sized bed share bathroom with second bedroom which have tub and stand -up shower. Villa feature a fantastic open floor plan with ceramic Tiles throughout. Living room also have 1 TV . Kitchen have stain less steel appliances, lots of Pots and Pans for those who like to cook . A gas BBQ grill is available for rent $20 per day those who like to grill. Laundry room with Washer /Dryer.
Sliding door from living room open to porch with private heated pool. Also another sliding door open to pool from master bedroom . Their are out door pool chairs so you can sit by the pool have a drink and watch the sun set. Renters have to be 25 years of age or over. Parties not allowed smoking not allowed in the Villa you can smoke out side. A security deposit of $300 is due when reservation is made pool heat cost $25 per day for winter month floor .The living room opens to a screened in porch with a lovely in ground pool ready for those hot Florida days. Pool heat $25 per day.
