TOP FLORIDA's Villa Coconut is nestled under old oaks in the Wyldewood section of Whiskey Creek. Drive down historic McGregor Blvd south to the beach, or north to the historic Fort Myers Riverdistrict! This town home has a large protected patio, a large backyard. Villa Coconut is superbly decorated and furnished. Enjoy leisurely walks, play tennis, take a dip in the nearby community pool! Everything that you want close by is close by, the location is a win-win! We do want to mention that Summerlin Road is close by, but previous guests say that the privacy perimeter does an excellent job reducing the traffic noise to an acceptable level.
