Drive down historic McGregor Blvd south to the beach, or north to the historic Fort Myers Riverdistrict! This town home has a large protected patio, a large backyard. Villa Coconut is superbly decorated and furnished. Enjoy leisurely walks, play tennis, take a dip in the nearby community pool! Everything that you want close by is close by, the location is a win-win! We do want to mention that Summerlin Road is close by, but previous guests say that the privacy perimeter does an excellent job reducing the traffic noise to an acceptable level.
