This bright, direct oceanfront corner condo with floor to ceiling windows has it all:

- Outstanding views from your corner balcony (look left/North towards Port Canaveral, East to the ocean, and South towards the Pier)

- Heated pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis & basketball courts

- On a quiet section of white sand beach

- Upgraded kitchen and TV's

Cape Winds is a top destination in the area with its excellent location (under a mile to the pier & Ron Jon's) and lots of on site amenities. You can watch the cruise ships leave port and have an excellent view of rocket launches. On top of it, you are only 45 minutes to Orlando and all the fun of Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the Orlando Premium Outlets.

Although the listing states "no refund", we understand that things come up. If you have to cancel your reservation and you notify us at least 30 days before check in or earlier, we will not charge the second half of the payment.

BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights & greater! The longer you stay, the bigger the discount!
