There’s something special about an old-school cabin in the Poconos—and Cozy Cub is the real thing. Located in Lake Harmony Estates, this classic mountain cabin has been thoughtfully refreshed to keep the warmth, wood, and nostalgic character people love, while adding the comforts and amenities you want in a getaway today. Beach passes are included, and up to two dogs are welcome to come along.

Why Cozy Cub is the Perfect Home Base:

Classic Cabin Feel, Thoughtfully Updated: This isn't a new house designed to look like a cabin. Cozy Cub has the character of a true Poconos retreat, now refreshed with new flooring, cabinetry, furniture, TVs, a new water treatment system, and brand-new king and queen beds.

Your Own Mountain Spa: After a day at the lake or on the mountain, come home to a soak in the new Jacuzzi followed by time warming up in the private sauna. The newly expanded rear deck gives everyone more room to relax outside and enjoy the mountain setting.

A Game Room Made for Hanging Out: The large garage has been transformed into a rustic game room where your group can spend an entire evening. Grab a seat at the rustic bar, put the game on the 75-inch TV, play a hand at the poker table, or challenge each other to darts, ring toss, and the multicade arcade.

A Better Place to Wake Up: Start slow mountain mornings at the new coffee bar before heading out for the day. And with Lake Harmony Estates beach passes included, lake days are an easy addition to your Poconos getaway.

More Comfort Where It Counts: In addition to the cabin-wide updates, we added an entirely new full bathroom to the primary bedroom, creating a private suite while keeping the original cabin character intact.

Bring the Dogs: We’re a dog-loving family business, and Cozy Cub welcomes up to 2 housebroken dogs (fee applies), so you don't have to leave part of the family behind.

Freshly Laundered Linens: We operate our own private laundry facility, so you'll arrive to freshly laundered bath towels and clean, high-quality sheets on every bed.

A Ready-to-Go House: We take care of the little things before you arrive, including starter paper products and soap, so you can settle in instead of immediately heading to the store. We’ll also make sure the Jacuzzi is hot and ready for your stay.

Local Support: Our maintenance team is right here in the area and available 24/7 if something comes up during your stay.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 housebroken dogs are welcome ($200 fee).

Beach Access: Lake Harmony Estates beach passes are included with your stay.

Free WiFi: Stay connected, stream your favorites, or put the big game on the 75-inch TV.

What’s Included: We provide pots, pans, dishes, basic toiletries, and starter household supplies. You bring the food, coffee, and beach towels.

House Rules: No Prom or Grad groups. Must be 25+ to book.

-Lake Harmony Estates is not a gated community.
-Parking is Not permitted on any road or shoulder within Lake Harmony Estates, Fines will be assessed.
--Summer Season: The house comes with 10 Beach Passes. You can purchase additional passes at the beach if you need more (Day, Weekend- 2 Days & Week- 7 Days). The beach parking lot is located at Wood Street and S Lake Drive. They only accept credit card payments at the beach.

- Please Note: No Prom or Grad Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones!
- Please Note: Hot Tub will be locked upon arrival, for Safety. The Key is located inside the house, in a lock box on the wall, near the door leading out to the Hot Tub. Enter code listed on box. Key is inside.
- The Gas Fireplace is Thermostat adjusted.
- The house has Smart TV's with Rokus. If you have a Netflix and Disney account, you can add them to the TV/Roku of your choice.
- Planning to fish during your stay? Persons age 16 and over are required to have a PA Fishing License.
- Check Out instructions:
• Remove any food/ beverages from the refrigerator/ freezer and dispose of the trash.
• There is a Bear Box at the end of the driveway with trash cans inside.
• Remove Linens from the beds.
• Leave towels on the bathroom floor.
• Clean dishes or put them in the dishwasher and start cycle before leaving.
• Return furniture to its original position, if moved.
• Leave All 12 Beach Passes (In Summer Season) at the property before you Check Out. A $35.00 Replacement Fee Will Be Charged For Each Missing Beach Pass.
• Remember to uninstall Netflix and Disney or the next guests will have access to those channels and could potentially rent movies, shows, etc. We do not check for guest installed channels.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Be Sure Everyone Has Their Belongings (AirPods, Car Keys, Bathing Suits, Jackets, Shoes, etc.). Check All Closets, Drawers, Nightstands, Washer and Dryer, Couches and Under the Bed.
• Close the main entry door firmly and hit any button on the keypad to lock it.
