About this space

2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The living area is separated from the kitchen by a counter top bar, perfect for gatherings. It has all the authentic touches-a kiva fireplace, saltillo tile& hardwood floors. But it has also been skillfully updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences: cable TV, laundry facilities, full kitchen, air conditioning & comp WIFI. This casita boasts a large enclosed patio ideal for an outdoor evening on a mild summer night. Complimentary parking! Walk to the plaza!

Guest access
Feel free to look inside drawers and closets. Everything is there for your use. If you feel like we are missing something, please let us know. And if anything breaks during your stay, please let us know. If you move furniture around during your stay, please put it back the way you found it. Many times there is only one person cleaning the casita and it's difficult to move furniture that it might have taken two people move to begin with!

Other things to note
If you have pets, we do not ask for a pet deposit but do ask that you make sure to clean up after the little guys/gals. We do ask that if your pet does disrupt other quests, or causes any damages to the casitas, or the property that you as the owner take responsibility, personally and financially.

Check in to the property is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. Once your reservation is booked we will send a confirmation letter.

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased 10 properties, just off the plaza. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them! Tony & Sherrie own two properties right next door to our rentals!! They have entrusted us to watch over and rent their beautiful properties. Sherrie has exquisite taste and has decorated this place to the "T". Most of the furniture and decorations have been purchased in and around Santa Fe. It is such a pleasure to have such a beautiful property in our portfolio and I'm excited to show it to you!
