Tony's Place - Casas de Guadalupe, Luxurious Home

This 1400 square foot casita is located in downtown Santa Fe. Features 2 bedrooms (queen beds); queen size pull out sofa; 2 full baths -1 Jacuzzi tub; fully equipped kitchen & separate eating area for 6. Boasting hardwood floors, beautiful adobe walls, original viga beam ceilings, Skylights, ceiling fans, central air and radiant heat, TV's, Washer/Dryer & complimentary wireless internet access. Free parking, and private patio located in back of the casita!

The space
Tony's place is decorated with a southwestern flare. Most of the items were purchased in and around Santa Fe. Cute patio completely enclosed around back and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom is a plus!

Guest access
Feel free to look inside drawers and closets. Everything is there for your use. If you feel like we are missing something, please let us know. And if anything breaks during your stay, please let us know. If you move furniture around during your stay, please put it back the way you found it. Many times there is only one person cleaning the casita and it's difficult to move furniture if it took two of you to do so!

Other things to note
The rate quoted in this booking includes the NM State Taxes & lodgers taxes and cleaning fees.

If you have pets, we do ask for a pet deposit and we do ask that you make sure to clean up after the little guys/gals. We do ask that if your pet does disrupt other quests, or causes any damages to the casitas, or the property that you as the owner take responsibility, personally and financially.

Tony's place has central heating and airconditioning. They do not run simultaneously. It's one or the other. We usually turn the heat on around October and the air conditioner around May. There are extra space heaters and fans in the closets on site.

Check in to the property is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. Once your reservation is booked we will send a confirmation letter.

Parking at the compound:

•Tony's place is located at 137 Park Ave. has parking directly in front of the casita just off of Park Ave. There are two parking spots in front of these casitas, please leave room for TWO cars.

•Please note that Casas de Guadalupe is not responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles. Please do not leave belongings in your vehicle.

•Please note during busy times, someone may be parked in front of your casita. Please feel free to park in another spot. These parking places are not assigned to individuals. We have plenty of parking for everyone! Please be courteous! Each casitas is allowed up to one parking spot complimentary. Any additional vehicles will be charged $30.00 for their stay up to 7 days.
