San Remo 407 – 30A Beach Condo with Gulf Views

Enjoy Gulf views from this 3 bedroom, two bath, condo. It is a very short walk from the condo down to the beach on our beach board walk.
*** I offer a free concierge service.  If you are arriving late I can pick up groceries from Publix and deliver to the condo so your food is there when you arrive.

**Master bedroom has a king bed and 42" flat screen TV
**Second bedroom has a king bed and 42" flat screen TV 
**The third bedroom is a small room with two twin beds and 32" flat screen.
**sleeps 7,  this includes small children and babies 
**additional beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available for my guests  
**The condo is located on the fourth (top) floor.  
**The condo's large private balcony (350 sq ft) has unobstructed views of the the pool/ hot tub, private pond, and the emerald green water of the Gulf of America.
**The condo unit has 1360 sq ft and is located on Santa Rosa Beach. The complex sets back a little because of the natural pond.  This gives a lot of privacy to the balcony.
** Fully stocked kitchen with Blender and KEURIG coffee maker
** Pack and Play and high chair available upon request  
**San Remo is gated for security.
**A  large pool side community room with full kitchen available to rent for meeting, reunions, wedding receptions, etc.
**On-sight Gym with all new equipment 2024
**Just half a mile east of Gulf Place shopping and around 7 miles west of Seaside.
** Balcony is 350 sq ft. and is furnished as an outdoor living area.  It is very comfortable and relaxing! 

When you are not enjoying the beautiful beaches, you are just a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping.
**San Remo is quiet and peaceful (no high rises, traffic or congestion) yet easily accessible to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as the Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahunna water park, fishing, dolphin cruises, roller coaster rides, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest shopping mall in the southeast).
**Gulf Place shopping is within walking distance to the condo and it offfers many great restaurants, The Perfect Pig, Pizza By the Sea, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Pappa Surfs Burgers.  Goatfeathers restaurant and fish market is just two blocks east.  
** Other great restaurants in the area are: Cafe Tango, Stinky's, The Vue, Mimmo's and Cowgirl Kitchen.  These are all within 2 miles of the condo and most are a short walk down the bike path. 
** Master Bedroom has UBS ports for charging phones.
The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counters, in 2019.  The baths were remodeled in 2019 with a large walkin shower in the master bath, new toilets and granite counters. New furnishings and bedding in 2018.   Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master with private bathroom, a king bed (second bedroom) and adjoining bath.  The third bedroom has 2 twin beds.  The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa.  Sleeps max of 7, that includes small children and babies.
