As you step inside Mermaid Cottage you'll feel right at home. The incredible windows bring in an abundance of natural light providing a tranquil experience. 

The main level offers an open floor plan and allows guests to enjoy each other's company from the kitchen, dining area or the family room. A King suite is located on the main level with a gorgeous updated shower. 

As you go upstairs, you have 2 twin beds in the loft along with another King suite and updated bathroom. 

On the lower level, the kids will love the bunk beds with 2x Twin over Queen bunks along with another updated bath. A large laundry room is conveniently located away from the entertaining area.

The Mermaid Cottage has a large pool with ample decking for relaxing after a day at the beach. In addition, you can enjoy the decking all around the home so you can view the pool, cook out, or simply sit and relax. After coming from the beach, everyone can rinse off in the outdoor enclosed shower. The large fenced in yard has a wood storage building for securing your pool and beach toys. 

If you want to enjoy the uncrowded sugar sand beaches of South Walton, restaurants and locational convenience of 30A shopping and entertainment, this home is for you! The beach is only 425 steps away with Ice Cream right around the corner and a number of restaurants within walking distance.  The location could not be more perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation!
