Walking thru the front door guests are immediately greeted by the stunning wide water views of Landmark Bay this 2 story, 5 bed plus den, 4.5 bath has to offer. Roughly 4,950 sq ft under air these views of Landmark Bay can be enjoyed from nearly every room of the house!

Southern exposure at it's finest, with sun on the pool/lanai all day. As the sun sets you can expect a glowing skyline! Step out on to your oversized screened-in lanai and kick back with friends and family. Over-sized infinity pool is heated to 87 degrees for the ideal temperature here in sunny Florida, and large enough to accommodate all. Multiple chaise lounge chairs provided for guests to relax and lay out.

There is a dock provided where guests are able to tie up to if needed. No lift is available.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, complete with regular coffee maker.

Main bedroom downstairs is complete with king size bed and full bath, large window that overlooks Landmark Bay as to say the least! Flat screen tv provided in the bedroom as well.

2nd bedroom here on the first floor offers 2 queen beds.

Moving upstairs there is a common family/game area complete with large flat screen tv and POOL TABLE! Rooms off of this are friends and family are able to relax and enjoy are as followed:

Large master suite you are again blown away by the wide water views of Landmark Bay seen thru the large over-sized window of the room. Sliders from the suite here lead out to the private balcony on the 2nd floor where one can relax and take in all that is Landmark Bay. Walk in shower in the bathroom, 2 sinks, and large walk-in closet.

2nd upstairs bedroom also offers a king bed and wide water views of Landmark Bay. Walk-in shower also provided here in this bathroom.

3rd upstairs bedroom provides 2 full beds and again no shortage of views from here of Landmark Bay.

Finally, fire up that popcorn as the "Landmark House" is complete with it's very own movie/tv room! Kick your feet up on the electronic recliners that are provided and throw on the families favorite movie on the flat screen tv.

If you have to work, there is a desk provided here on the 2nd floor with views of Landmark Landmark Bay as well. Even has doors that lead out to that private balcony one can also relax on. Free high speed wireless internet (Wifi) is throughout the house, so if working or just enjoyment you can be connected from anywhere.

Beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon provided in the garage.

We also have 2 cribs that are provided if traveling with infants.
