The Space:
This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home has 2250 sq. ft. and is located in the desirable Fox Farm area of Big Bear Lake which means you are just a few minutes’ drive to the slopes, lake, and village!

As you step into Woodside Lodge, you will instantly feel at home with the warm wood, stone, and luxurious furnishings. The Living Room has a large sectional, 75" smart TV, and cozy wood-burning stone fireplace. There is space for the whole family to relax after a long day of mountain fun! The dining room and well-equipped kitchen are perfectly placed so everyone can be part of the conversation. There is plenty of room at the dining table and extra seating at the bar. Step out the slider to the back deck where you can do some grilling and enjoy a meal in the fresh mountain air. Head down to the back yard and relax and unwind in the brand-new hot tub! The back yard is fully fenced, so you have a safe place for the kids and dog to run around.

The spacious primary suite is on the first floor and the bedroom features a comfortable king bed, TV, and walk-in closet. You have your own slider that leads to the back deck with some loungers to relax on. The attached bath has two sinks and a separate tub and shower. There is also a laundry room and a half bath on this floor for convenience.

Upstairs, there is a large loft which has a 55" smart TV, sleeper sofa, board games, seating area, and an awesome skee-ball machine. The perfect place for kids (and adults!) to have hours of fun! There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo here and a bedroom on each side - Guest Room 1 has a king bed and TV, and Guest Room 2 has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bunk bed.
