THE SPACE:
•Separate 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, and balcony.
• Spacious 1652 ft² (154 m²) of living space.
• Full Oceanfront view with Eastern exposure.
• Loft style: the sliding window panels open the bedrooms to the living room and the beautiful ocean view below with high ceilings.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

GUEST ACCESS:
Amenities include a pool, gym, bar/lounge, and snack bar on-site.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is located on Collins Avenue, just above mid-beach. The area is a more relaxed alternative to South Beach which has a busier atmosphere. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Pets are not permitted in this residence.
• This rental property is currently listed for sale. On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay. We will provide a 24-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
