WE HAVE 2 LARGE LUXURY WATER/BEACH FRONT CONDO'S...... Beautiful White Kitchen Cabinets, Double Crown Molding throughout, all Tile Floors.......located in BUILDING #1 ON THE 8th FLOOR,

And BUILDING #2 ON THE 10th FLOOR... Walk right out the building... into the courtyard....on to Sugar White Sand Beach....... No Streets to Cross.......we are as close as you can get to the Gulf.... When you walk in our foyer... you see water....While preparing dinner you can watch the boats from our kitchen....Gaze at the Gulf while laying in the king-size master bed....Or watch the dolphins and boats from the Living, Dining room...and Balcony. The Views are GORGEOUS from our Destin, Florida condo's, please look at all the pictures....they do not do the condo's justice!

Our 10th floor has 1525 sq ft.....King-size Bed in Master and the Guest Bedroom........10th floor Bedrooms both have View of the Gulf and Flat Screen TV/DVDs...... The kitchens are well-equipped with everything you have at home. Washer/dryer in condo's. We have a Olympic size heated Swimming Pool with Baths, Fitness Room, Sauna at our beautiful Clubhouse overlooking a lake. Two Tennis courts, Shuffle Board.....24 Hour Security.....

Our Condos are being completely renovated on the exterior with new windows and hurticane doors.

Bring beach towels, chairs and anything you need for your beach enjoyment.

About Barabara Davis

We are retired from our jobs, but we still own several rental properties, so we know how to take care of our places. We work hard to ensure our rentals are as nice as our own home. I love to shop and am constantly changing and upgrading things in our condos. We have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. We live in Smyrna, Georgia, about 10 miles outside of Atlanta, so we are only about 5 hours from Destin. We have 3 beautiful condos directly on the beach in Destin. We come down 3 or 4 times a year to make sure everything is absolutely perfect for our guests. We also have wonderful people who take care of our condos when we cannot be there. They handle every little thing that needs to be done. We have a lot of repeat guests who come to our place every year, and we are so pleased with the love and care everyone shows our property. Please be patient with me when it comes to answering emails immediately and updating my calendar and rate page. My husband now has Alzheimer's, but with the help of my employees, we continue to take excellent care of our condos. Thanks, Barbara and Eddie Davis.
