This fun property is located at The Terrace inside The Pelican Beach Resort in Destin,FL. It sits across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark and is close to all local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Destin is the World's Luckiest Fishing Village! Take a short drive to the Destin Harbor where you can spend the day boating, fishing, or visiting the Harborwalk Pavilion! This Large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condominium includes: A Fully stocked kitchen with a large breakfast bar, dining area, an open living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 master suites with private baths, a third bedroom with twin beds, a private balcony with amazing views of terrace pool and lake, and a washer and dryer.

2 beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the unit for your use

Few other resorts can compare with the diversity and selection found at The Resorts of Pelican Beach. Exercise and fitness centers are located in each building which makes it convenient to maintain your exercise program while enjoying paradise. In season, enjoy a snack at the poolside deli and provisions shop, or cool off with a frosty beverage at the beachfront bar. Tennis courts, a video game room, and two spas are guaranteed to keep every member of the family entertained.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. We supply plenty of pillows on each bed, extra sheets if needed, plenty of bath towels, and beach towels. Each unit is supplied with enough paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent to get you settled in.

Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this timeframe you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.
