Pelican Watch - Charming, beautifully decorated bayside beach house!

Pelican Watch is a 3-bedroom bayside beach house that has been completely updated throughout. The decor is a Nantucket theme with a thoughtful and delightful aesthetic throughout. The open floor plan has the living room, kitchen, and dining room overlooking the bay. Catch your Dauphin Island sunsets inside or out! The outdoor deck wraps around both the North and West side of the house with ample space for peaceful beach evenings. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable while the Master Suite includes an adjacent room with an included baby crib. This house is ideal for family vacations.

The very soothing bay with gentle lapping waves are right out your back door, or you can walk or drive to the Gulf of Mexico, which is only 0.2 miles (4-minute walk) from your driveway. Come make your memories at Pelican Watch!

The home sleeps 8 people in beds. An optional foldout twin bed is available upon request.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
