Private gulf front pool, pet-friendly, on beach! - Sonny Side

Sonny Side sits on the Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views of water and sky! The property has a gulf front, private, heated pool (October through April)! Sit by the pool and watch the waves below you! Enjoy this roomy 4/2 with a large back deck and stairs leading down to the sand and water. The furnishings are modern, and the homes enjoy an airy, beachy feel. It includes a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV. The two gulf front bedrooms open right up to the beach deck. Step outside and take it all in whenever you want! Wall-mounted TVs in every bedroom.

This property is on a highly desirable through lot. This part of the island only has one row of houses on the gulf side, giving you more privacy and a more personal beach experience. These are rare and rent fast!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
