Ocean City Vacation Homes for rent in MD by Paul Lebling. My wife Jessica and I live in the area and take pride in our rental properties. This unit at the Sand Trap on 74th Street we have owned for almost 20 years. The property has gone through many renovations over the years and, like all of our rental properties, is always clean and comfortable. Why we chose this property: great ocean view, small building, pet friendly, and always clean and comfortable. What makes this property unique: small building, two parking spaces close to the elevator. Owners take care of cleaning and maintenance so you can enjoy your vacation. We live in the area and answer calls and emails if any issues come up during your stay.
