*The main living area with the kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom, & one half bath, is on the second level of the town home (must go up multiple steps to get to the second level). The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the third level of the town home.*

Broad Marsh is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the beach in a popular part of town. Grab a bite to eat at any number of delectable restaurants, cafes & bars, such as Dough Roller, The Bonfire, Touch of Italy, and Skye Bar. Across the bridge you can visit other restaurants and can go check the ponies out at Assateague Island National Seashore!

One car can park around back in front of the unit's garage. There is no garage access and the garage is NOT a part of the rental. There is also a small parking area beside the unit. There is plenty of free parking right next to the unit on the street. Public transportation (bus) is available all throughout the summer as well. Plus, many places are in walking distance from the unit!
