I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide board games, puzzle and movies. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat

Association Rules you will want to make sure you area aware of: This property has very strict occupancy codes. No more than 8 guests can occupy this unit or the association will ask guests to depart. You can set up the beach chairs anywhere on the beach. You can only set up beach chairs, no umbrella, no tents in front of the beach service set up. If you wanted to set up tents or umbrellas you have to do this on the right or left of the beach service which is public beach.
The pool will be heated for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's weeks. The pool will be heated for the Spring Break season which should approximately begin on March 12th and end on April 10th.
Parking: Only 2 cars per unit are allowed on property, one in the assigned parking area and one in the over flow area. No golf carts, trailers, U-Haul's, jet skis, boats or RVs on property. This is strictly enforced by the security team.
