This small 27-unit condominium offers a peaceful retreat with a less crowded beach. Wake up to the sounds of waves rolling in at this ground floor unit. Feel the warm sun and the white sand under your feet as you walk down to the beach, just steps from your back door. This condo is great for families with small children or couples. There are no stairs, elevators, or balconies to worry about. There is a grassy area right off the back patio that allows you to relax while sitting right next to the sand dunes. The community swimming pool provides a cool place to swim.

The 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit inlcudes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a large breakfast bar that seats four, a living room with two queen size sleeper sofas, smart TV, and two sets of glass sliders that lead to the patio. A master bedroom with a king size bed, blackout draperies, smart TV, and half bath. Full size bathroom with shower/tub combination in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
