About this space

Island Sands is a hidden gem located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL.
This small 27-unit condominium offers a peaceful retreat with a less crowded beach. This third floor condominium has stunning views of the beach and the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Unit 303 can easily accomodate a family of four or a couple for a beach getaway. Sit on the private balcony and enjoy the million dollar views! No parking garages or large hotel-like hallways to manage. Just pull right up, park, unload your belongings, and start your vacation. Take a dip in the swimming pool and relax!

This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar with seating for six, a main living area with a sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony with gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, and half bathroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit.

This is not a pet- friendly property.
The owner has health issues that will not allow pets of any kind.
This property is exempt from ADA service animal guidelines as it is a private residence. Guests will be asked to depart the unit immediately if any animals are reported on the premises.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
