This unit is close to the elevator for easy access. This beautiful condo includes: A master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV,and a half bath that closes off from the adjoining full bathroom in the hallway. Hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There are twin bunk beds in the hallway. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Dining area and breakfast bar. Private balcony with direct gulf views. Washer and dryer in unit. Walk right out to the beach and enjoy the complimentary beach service.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
