Enjoy a short 3 minute walk to the beach or use the included Golf Cart to take your items to the beach or for a ride down 30a.  Within close proximity to both Gulf Place and Sandestin makes Coconut Castle convenience a must have!  Situated on a oversized double lot you'll have the peace and serenity of the beach where you can hear the waves crashing from your front porch.
