This large luxurious home features an open floorpan with 4 Bedrooms plus a Den with Queen sized Sleeper Sofa and 3 bathrooms. The house features an attached 2 Car garage and a very large Recreational Room which has been transformed into the perfect family game room and workout space.

A nice open Kitchen with view over the entire living area and plenty of counter space make this home perfect for multi family or family get togethers. The floorpan is a split plan allowing Master Suite on the opposite side of the remainder of the other bedrooms.

The Master Suite is equipped with a King sized bed, large TV and direct access to the pool area. The master bathroom features a free standing Bath tub, walk in shower and His and Hers sink.

The kitchen is every cooks dream with plenty of counter space and a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances that will assure great family meals and entertainment. The kitchen also features a Coffee Bar with comfortable seating.

The Living area features a large TV with Comcast Cable and smart TV functionality. A Denon receiver for music is also supplied that will play music throughout the home or patio. The living room oversees the Patio seating and Pool area, and the slider doors can be fully opened for access to the Patio.

This home features 4 additional bedrooms of which all are equipped with a Queen sized Bed. The Den is equipped with a Queen sized Sleeper Sofa and a Desk in case a little privacy during work is needed.

TV's are available in the living room, Master Bedroom and 1 of the guest bedrooms only. The Guest bathrooms are shared bathrooms and are both equipped with Shower and Sink and are decorated beautifully.

The beautiful and luscious pool area surrounded by palm trees will make your vacation one to remember. Enjoy the waterfront view, take a swim in the electric heated pool or entertain your friends and family by the water for a nice BBQ. The pool area is not screen protected for best sun lounging results but has a mosquito misting system that sprays for bugs automatically. This system will ensure that you are not bothered during family dinners outside or even while lounging in the pool.

Boaters are welcome as this home features a 14.000 lbs Boat Lift with remote control and a large deck. Please inquire for access.

Wait until you see the Game Room! The Recreational Garage has been transformed into the ultimate family entertainment area. It includes a 8' Pool table, an Air Hockey table, Foosball table and Ping Pong table. For the little guests we also have a PacMan machine. Along with all the games, this area also has a large sectional sofa and big screen TV to watch the Game or just play music. Seating is also enough to entertain the entire family and guests. The Recreational Room has been fitted with its own Air Conditioning system so that the area can be enjoyed even during our hot summers.

......and did we mention the Home Gym? Yes, this home also features a full home gym separated by a privacy wall within the Recreational Room.
