A surprisingly well appointed "little villa" in the Cape. Private, cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with solar heated pool on a quiet fresh water canal. Fish for bass from your own backyard. Close to all amenities, 10 minutes from Cape Coral Yacht Club beach, 25 minutes from Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island. Enjoy the luxuries of a "large villa" in our tropical setting.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
